Bond reduced to $10,000 for students

Scott Nelms 16, Jessie Bryant 16 and Andrew Ramos 15 all charged with felony rape by instrumentation at Frederick High School in the boys basketball locker room have been released on bond which was previously set at $100,000, and has been droped to $10,000 

 Court Appearance was made Monday in the Tillman County Jail, with Judge Brad Benson residing. Upon making bail, strict restrictions are at hand. 1. Adult supervision at all times, 2. No access to social network, cell phones,  3.No contact with victims famly or witnesses directly or through 3rd person  4.  has compmlied with educational reg. of title 70 O.S. They will have their preliminary hearing on March 22, 2010 at 9am in the Tillman County Courthouse.
