Sgt. Skinner responded to 1621 Cindy where dipatch received a report of Child Pornography being found on a home computer.  Sgt. Skinner, along with Officers Puentes and Parks conducted an investigation where there were 105 different pictures of children which were located on the computer.  The investigation resulted in the subsequent arrest of Christopher Hopkins (24) was arrested and two small children, ages 1 & 3, were taken to the hospital to be medically checked for any abuse.  The computer was seized as evidence and the two children were placed at another location by DHS/Child welfare with the investigation continuing with other criminal charges pending.
